Many people treat dental treatments lightly, especially when it comes to tooth extraction. What is uncommon knowledge are the possible complications related to these.

For healthy patients, it may not be much of an issue. Although, patients who have pre-existing conditions, medical complications, and non-communicable diseases (NCDs) become more complex. In such cases, the dentist needs to consider scenarios for the safety of the patient.

That is if the dentist is aware of the medical condition.
